Favorites for recipes, products and general vegan information:

It's gratifying that there is really a growing wealth of information available to anyone wishing to adopt a vegan diet/lifestyle. These are just my favorites, in no particular order. Do expect this list to grow and expand as time passes.
Enjoy!

Fatfree Vegan Kitchen

Fatfree Vegan Kitchen's Blog is one of the few regular emails to which I am subscribed - a year ago I signed up for everything I could think of, and this one has remained. Consistently great recipes here, folks!

VegNews

VegNews Magazine Online is a terrific source of info from a variety of sources. Short demo videos of various vegan and raw-food chefs are one of my favorite features.

Steve Pavlina

Steve Pavlina's Blog along with his companion discussion forums are a wealth of Vegan info. Though Steve's blog is not specifically dedicated to vegan topics, they come up frequently as Steve and his wife and 2 kids are all vegan and have been for many years. Steve has conducted many thirty-day trials to test new habits, and this strongly influenced my approach to becoming vegan. I decided to eat a strictly vegan diet for 30 days, and by day 21 I was certain that I didn't want to go back.

The China Study

The China Study: The Most Comprehensive Study of Nutrition Ever Conducted and the Startling Implications for Diet, Weight Loss and Long-term HealthThe book that started it all for me is one that is probably tough to finish reading for some people, but the information is compelling

This guy's gadgets are so cool. I could just play with them all day.

Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired? Eat that apple and scrap the cheese. Grab a banana instead of the Beef Jerky. Help your system adjust to regular bean-eating. It's all here...
